Identifying Characteristics:

He has a dog bite scar on his nose, a tattoo of a Confederate flag with the words "rise again" on the back of his neck, a tattoo of Chinese symbols that say "drink" on his left forearm, and a tattoo of skull with green eyes on the small of his back.

Clothing/Jewelry:

A T-shirt, jeans, black Carhartt hooded jacket with a torn pocket, a silver watch, a silver band on his pinky finger, and black and white Vans sneakers.

Circumstances:

Potts was being pursued by the St. Ann police and the Missouri State Highway Patrol when he crashed his car on the Blanchette Bridge westbound on Interstate 70 in Florissant, Missouri at 2:30 a.m. on October 29, 2006. The police were chasing him because they had noticed his car weaving and suspected the driver to be impaired. Following the accident, Potts exited his vehicle and jumped over the bridge rail onto the catwalk below and disappeared. He has never been heard from again.
