Identifying Characteristics:
He has a large dark scar on the top of his wrist, large scars on both knees, and scars on his back and the left side of his body. He has acne on his cheeks and a previously fractured arm.
Clothing/Jewelry:
A white T-shirt, blue jeans, and a light-weight hunter green and dark gray North Face brand jacket. He was wearing a Figaro brand gold chain necklace with a bracelet connected to make it longer.
Circumstances:
Wallace was last seen at approximately 12:00 p.m. on November 10, 2005 driving a friend's gold four-door 2002 Mercedes Benz C240. He was dropping a friend off at their work in the 1300 block of Kearney in San Francisco. He was to return to pick the friend up at 7:30 p.m., but never arrived. The car was later located abandoned in San Lorenzo, California. There was no sign of Richards at the scene. His cell phone and credit cards have not been used since he disappeared.
