He is balding. He has a surgical scar on his knee and a scar from a childhood hernia operation.

Clothing/Jewelry:

Wrangler blue jeans, a light gray hooded sweatshirt with Marsh Memorial printed on the left side of the chest, brown and tan cowboy boots, a black baseball cap with Classic Ropes printed on it, a brown leather western style belt with rawhide accents with a silver western-style belt buckle with Team Ropers written on it, a braided hemp necklace with a bear tooth pendant, and possible a rawhide bracelet.

Circumstances:

Roy had agreed to go hunting with a friend. However, when the friend arrived, Roy was no longer at his residence. Roy was sighted approximately two miles away from his residence leaving a convenience store at Highway 50 and Force Road with an unknown white male, approximately mid-30's with short blonde hair, driving a small white pickup truck. All of Roy's personal belongings were left behind.
