He has a chipped from tooth. He has chicken pox scars on his abdomen, and he fractured his right clavicle as a child.

He is moderately retarded and is not capable of sustaining himself.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
David Edward WilliamsUnknown. He was last seen leaving the New Lisbon State School for Retarded Males off Highway 72 in New Lisbon. He was a student at the school and was accompanied by one of his fellow students, David Edward Williams (photo at right). Neither boy has ever been seen again. Anderson’s whereabouts remain unknown and his case remains unsolved.
