A dark-colored polo shirt, a small blue corduroy jacket, striped pants and a protective seizure helmet.
Medical:
He is mentally disabled and has seizures. He did not have his seizure medication with him.
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Steven Eugene AndersonUnknown. David's photo is shown age-progressed to 48 years. He was last seen leaving the New Lisbon State School for Retarded Males off Highway 72 in New Lisbon. He was a student at the school and was accompanied by one of his fellow students, Steven Eugene Anderson (photo at right). Neither boy has ever been seen again. Williams’ whereabouts remain unknown and his case remains unsolved.
